Customer Accounts:

If you create a customer account on our website, your personal information will be collected and stored and will be used to improve your checkout experience and customer service. You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we have collected from and/or about you via email, and you can request we erase any personal data as well. Please note that this may not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

EMAIL COMMUNICATION

Abandoned Cart Emails:

If you abandon your shopping cart, you may receive an automated email hours later if: 1) you enter your email address at checkout or are logged into your Customer Account, 2) you add a product which is in stock to your shopping cart, 3) you close your browser or leave our website without finishing your purchase. To unsubscribe from these emails, you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

Order, Account, and Other Emails:

If you make a purchase or schedule a service on our website, you will receive email communication from us about your order, account activity, etc. For example, we may send you an email to inform you that: 1) Your order has shipped, 2) Your appointment has been confirmed, 3) Your Customer Account password has been reset. It is not possible to unsubscribe from these messages.

Using the Contact Form:

If you contact us via the form on our website, we collect and store your name, email address, and any other data you submit via the form.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIRD-PARTIES

While we never sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personal information to third-parties for marketing purposes, please be aware that there are times when we may need to disclose your personal information to trusted parties who work with us, or on our behalf, to provide our services.

  • Squarespace: our website is hosted with Squarespace. Squarespace may collect and retain your personal information for analytics purposes, as well as to help us serve you better (e.g. by automatically sending you important emails about your order or account on our behalf).   • Square: if you book an appointment via our website, your personal information is sent to and stored with Square, our booking application

  • Google: our website uses font files from Google Fonts, and in order to properly display this site to you, servers where the font files are stored may receive personal information about you including your IP address, browser, network, or device.

  • Paypal/Venmo: Paypal is our main payment processor and is used if you make a purchase through this website. All transactions are processed off-site by our third-party processor, PayPal. Information related to your payment is collected and stored by PayPal, and usage and storage of that information is governed by Paypal’s applicable terms of service and privacy policy.
